My focus is designing and professionally handcrafting  gorgeous, unique designs by knotting, braiding and lacing kangaroo leather.  Every item on this website has been personally handcrafted by myself with excellence as the overriding goal.  I value my customers, and work hard to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase and the purchase experience.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I will gladly remake it for you, send you another size, or refund your purchase price if the product is returned in its original unworn condition within ten days.   Customer service is of utmost importance to me.

Custom Orders and Sizing

To ensure a comfortable fit, all pre-made bracelets are sized in increments of 1/4 inch for length.   Custom orders are available and appreciated.  I've posted pictures of just a few samples of the type of work I do.  Please contact me regarding style, size, colour choices, delivery dates or any questions or suggestions you may have.  To ensure a comfortable fit, please measure your wrist circumference accurately (no rounding up or down!!) with a cloth tailor's measuring tape in inches or centimeters, and advise if you would prefer a tight, medium or loose fit.  If you do not have a tailor's measuring tape, please use a piece of string or ribbon and then measure the string or ribbon on a ruler. 

Kangaroo Leather:

I exclusively use Kangaroo leather lace for my braiding, knotting and lacing projects.  Kangaroo leather is one of the strongest lightweight leathers available today, and yet is soft, flexible and abrasion resistant.  The superior quality of kangaroo leather lace merits the increase in the project's cost.  Beauty aside, the lace can withstand the test of pulling necessary to create fancy knots and fine braids; as well as the test of time.

Security

I will not give anyone your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, conversation information or any other information.  I will do everything I can to protect your personal and credit security.  I understand that many individuals are concerned about their personal privacy when discussing or purchasing whips and floggers, and I ensure that your discussions with me will be discrete and not disclosed to anyone.

Taxes, Postage and Handling

No GST or PST is calculated on your purchase.  Your purchase will be carefully packaged to minimize any possible damage on transit to your delivery address.   I promise to ship your pre-made purchase through Canada Post Corporation's first class mail within two business days of receiving your order and complete payment.   Shipping and handling for Canadian orders is $2.00 and $3.00 for United States for most bracelets.    The purchaser is responsible for any international customs or duties that may be required by their governing bodies.

 Learning and Teaching Others

I love learning new knots and braids and I'm committed to being the best I can be.  To achieve this goal, I self-study almost every day to explore new knots and braids, belong to the Puget Sound Leather Artisans Co-op and constantly network and exchange ideas and practices with other leathercrafters.  I believe that sharing our knowledge and experience is one of the most important things we can do as a leathercrafter and I am proud of the achievements of those who I've had the opportunity to work with.
